Session

In this session you will hear how supervisors working with a global organisation have provided and developed their coaching supervision over the past 7 years. You will gain insights from learning about what has worked well and less well in practice and how the effectiveness of the supervision has been assessed and adapted over the years to meet the internal coaches and organisation’s changing needs. You will also gain ideas from some recent evidence-based doctoral research on how supervisees help and hinder their supervision and how this learning has been applied in the organisation. In summary, the session will be an opportunity to explore and learn about providing effective global supervision for internal coaches.
