Diversity in all its forms in a topic of great relevance to organisations and is an area where coaching and mentoring can really make a positive impact. This workshop will provide you with empirically based insights for coaching clients to become better leaders in diverse environments, a necessity in the contemporary work setting. We approach this issue by considering what makes a leader succeed at both diversity and inclusion, with an understanding that diversity leads to positive outcomes when it occurs in an inclusive environment. Our research insights based on over 5000 participants will explore the characteristics of European leaders who excel in diversity and inclusion, opportunities for growth in leaders who are less effective in these areas and regional differences in the behaviors that convey competence in diversity and inclusion.
