Session

Being coached is an important developmental experience leading to key insights in terms of behaviour and professional practice. However, there is little research or writing on whether professional coaches themselves receive coaching and what that looks like, if they do.. This represents an important gap in our understanding of coach development. Our survey research sheds light on the extent to which this happens and what form this takes, and for whom. In the session we will examine the implications of this research for coaches, coachees, scheme organisers, supervisors, and, critically for coaching within organisations.
