Our WorkGroup has been researching what is occurring in Europe around regulation of coaching, mentoring and supevision practices, and reflecting upon the question of regulation for coaches, mentors and supervisors of coaches and mentors. This workshop aims to share our current thinking and to provide a forum for exchange of views with coaches, mentors and supervisors in EMCC, buyers of these services, and guests from other bodies related to these professions. The session will be highly participative and aims to generate dynamic discussions around the issues and challenges of regulation.
