This session is based around the report published in December 2017 by EMCC International in partnership with Henley Business School.

In 2017 EMCC International commissioned research into the state of play in European Coaching and Mentoring. The research was undertaken by a team of researchers in 50 countries across Europe and was sponsored by The Henley Centre for Coaching. The executive report provides an overview of the main findings from the research project with the aim of deepening understanding of, and widening engagement of, coaching and mentoring. The report covers the research and findings into coaching and mentoring practice, reflective practice and supervision, continuous professional development, conceptual models and approaches, diversity of approaches, evaluation, contracting for corporate engagements, ethics, and commissioning. The executive report is available free of charge for members and non-members from the EMCC bookstore www.EMCCbooks.org

This session is an opportunity to explore the main findings of the report and reflect on what that means for you as a coach/mentor and for the industry going forward.
